Thank you for shopping with Polly's Kreations! All of our pieces are handcrafted with love, and we want to make sure every order arrives safely and beautifully.

Processing Time Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time — we'll always communicate with you if that's the case.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Domestic Shipping (US) We ship throughout the United States via USPS or UPS. Delivery times vary by location but are typically 3-7 business days after shipment.

Damaged Items We package every piece carefully, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
